of pre made mandrel bent 90 degree and straight stainless
tubing. Used exclusively in our own intercooler, intake
and exhaust systems, 304 stainless will not rust, takes
excessive heat and will last for years if properly welded.
(tig welding recommended by a welding professional for
best weld seams. Contact us if you are unsure of properly
welding this material)
Bright lustred machine polished, you can cut and weld
your custom intercooler piping, along with building
your custom mandrel bent cut and weld exhaust systems.
Race proven, this is the premier method to ensure proper
high flow without crush bends and crimps. Plus the polished
stainless appearance will last for years without rusting
inside or outside of the tubing. Available in 90 degree
bends, and by the foot in straights.

Vibrant 12800 Small Intercooler
Vibrant bar and plate intercooler is designed and
built to provide superior cooling efficiency and overall
durability compared to cheaper tube and fin style intercoolers
which can be easily dented and damaged from rocks and
debris. This air to air intercooler has an 18”
wide core 6.5” tall with welded endtanks for easy
fitment into your application.

Vibrant 12810 Medium Intercooler

Vibrant bar and plate intercooler is designed and built
to provide superior cooling efficiency and overall durability
compared to cheaper tube and fin style intercoolers
which can be easily dented and damaged from rocks and
debris. This air to air intercooler has a 22”
wide core 9” tall with welded endtanks for easy
fitment into your application. This intercooler is much
larger than a stock SR intercooler and designed for
serious use upwards of 550 HP.

Vibrant 12815 Large Full Race Intercooler

Vibrant bar and plate full race intercooler is designed
and built to provide superior cooling efficiency and overall
durability compared to cheaper tube and fin style intercoolers
which can be easily dented and damaged from rocks and
debris. This air to air intercooler has a 25” wide
core 12” tall with welded endtanks for easy fitment
into your application. This intercooler is huge, and really
designed for full race applications or on large V8’s
as this intercooler is capable of handling upwards of
900 hp. Intercooler dimensions:

Greddy VSPL/RSPL Intercooler Kits
Greddy VSPL SR20DET intercooler kit is the most economical
intercooler kit for the SR20DET. The Greddy Kit comes with all
aluminum pipings and can handle up to 400hp. For high performance
use, we recommend going with RSPL, HKS or Blitz for over 400hp
applications.
As with most kits, it does not come with hot pipe section. One
must use the stock or customer intercooler hot pipe for a complete
bolt on install.
* Please choose the right model when ordering. For 'Hybrid Swaps'
(ie. S14 chasi with S13 motor, etc) choosing either S13 or S14 FMIC
kit based on motor or chasi will still require some level of piping
modification. Although choosing the intercooler based on motor most
of the time the cold pipe will work, but slightly bad angle.
Greddy RSPL Intercooler
Blitz LM Intercooler Kits
Blitz LM FMIC kit utilize tube and fin construction for their intercooler
core which is very efficient in cooling the charge air intake temperature.
The kit comes with all hardwares and pipes except the turbo hot pipe. The kit
will require battery miniaturization/relocation and removal/modify the factory
bumper support. Another benefit is that it's made to be a universal kit to fit
the 180 or Silvia front ends.
* Core measures 24x10.5x2.5".
* Please choose the right model when ordering. For 'Hybrid Swaps' (ie. S14
chasi with S13 motor, etc) choosing either S13 or S14 FMIC kit based on motor or
chasi will still require some level of piping modification. Although choosing the
intercooler based on motor most of the time works.
Blitz intercooler is the most preferred intercooler in Japan, and has proven to
be the top choice for most top Japanese tuner shops.
HKS TYPE S Front Mount Intercooler Kit
This bad boy Type-S intercooler is constructed
of tube and fin core, and comes with all aluminum
and coated mild steel pipings except the hot
pipe. Core size of 24 inches by 12 inches x
3 inches, this is a very good sized intercooler
capable of handling up to 500 hp.
Complete with HKS purple silicone connectors,
brackets, hardware to install in your vehicle.
A definate must if you intend to boost higher
than stock psi on your SR20DET, or if you have
turbo'd your KA.
This kit is designed for the JDM vehicle, so
some slight alterations may be required to fit
some of the piping.
