Koyo high performance radiators
are a definite must if you have turbocharged
your KA or you are running an SR20DET. Stock
Nissan Radiators are good, but plug up over
time, and were only engineered to cool a
stock powered engine. High compression and
turbo motors create more power, but also
create more heat (heat is a function of
power), so you need to shed that extra water
temperature so that you do not overcook
your motor and damage it. Koyo rads are
fully polished to a mirror-like finish,
and increase the cooling capacity from 20-30%
more than a brand new OEM radiator. |
(if your radiator is over 12 years
old, chances are corrosion, soot and buildup
have diminished the OEM cooling of that radiator
even more)
Manufactured from aircraft quality
aluminum, all Koyo rads are heli-arc tig welded
before being polished. All internals are Nocolok
brazed. Backed with over 30 years of Japanese

Samco SR20 Radiator Hoses
Chances are your SR20DET came
without radiator hoses. PDM is pleased to offer
top and bottom SAMCO high performance replacement
silicone radiator hose that fits both S13 and
S14 240SX with SR20DET swaps. Stock hoses gets
brittle over time, and can collapse or split
open at high RPMs. Upgrade to these SAMCO 3-layer
silicone radiator hoses for great looks and
extreme duty performance!
AGP Silicone KA Radiator Hoses
Keeping your Nissan 240sx engine bay dressed
up is just as important as having the engine
running cool. Agency Power has just released
their 2 piece blue silicone radiator hose kit
for the 89-98 Nissan 240SX with the US KA Motor.
These silicone radiator hoses are designed to
add powerful style to your engine bay in blue
or red. This silicone hose kit is much more
durable then your factory rubber hoses and will
last the life of your car. Factory rubber hose
crack and deteriorate over time. These radiator
hoses will keep your coolant flowing properly
and the engine temps down as they are thicker
and insulate better then the factory ones. In
addition, all Agency Power silicone hoses include
new hose clamps for a secure and easy fit instead
of the factory clamps. Hoses work with factory
or aftermarket radiators.
Nismo Thermostat
Nismo Low Temp Thermostat, works
on SR20DET, KA24DE and most Nissans up to 1999
production year.
Regular thermostat opens at
76 degree C, Nismo thermostat opens at 65 degree
C for better cooling. Results in at least 5
degrees C lower at Full throttle acceleration.
A must for modified engines.

Flex-A-Lite
Low Profile 2500 cfm Double Fan

Looking to replace your power
robbing factory clutch fan assembly? Needing to
maximize your cooling efficiency of your radiator?
Upgrade to the Flex-A-Lite 2500 cfm (cubic feet
per minute) low profile double fan assembly. This
is the closest bolt on application for the Nissan
240SX or SR20DET available in an aftermarket high
performance cooling fan assembly. This fan assembly
is very low in profile, (2-5/8” in height
– the thinnest in the industry) with 2-
12” fans that will suck over 2500 cfm –
easily eclipsing the stock fan assembly. Fan assembly
comes complete with its own shroud, so you replace
the stock assembly on your vehicle. (or if your
SR20DET clip came with a damaged from fan shroud,
you no longer need to purchase an expensive OEM
shroud). Comes complete with an adjustable thermostat
assembly. This fan has been used and raced with
by PDM for years.
(note – to fit stock radiator assembly,
some trimming of supplied rubber seal will be
required. Aftermarket KOYO rads will bolt in place
with supplied plastic tangs)
