NGK Iridium IX Plugs
 Iridium
is a silver-white precious metal that is among
the densest materials on earth. Since
it’s so dense, it will outlast Platinum
and Copper plugs. Plus this ultra-
hard material also enables the plug center electrode
to be 25% narrower than Platinum, and 75% narrower
than conventional nickel electrodes, which requires
less voltage to spark, and delivers increased
burn efficiency, sparks at leaner
air/fuel mixtures, and produces better
gas mileage and higher horsepower. Iridium
plugs are a must for turbocharged and high compression
or high revving NA motors.
NGK SPARK PLUGS
By far, the cheapest, and most cost-effective
item you can change on your engine, is the spark
plugs. NGK spark plugs are proven performers,
with increased performance, idle, and fuel consumption,
at very low costs. PDM carries V Power
plugs for their solid copper core (best conductivity,
and spark in NGK’s lineup). We recommend
you change your 240SX plugs at least once a
year, for top notch performance and reliability.

for the 240SX. With their familiar bright blue
silicone covering, NGK wires are known worldwide
for their excellent noise suppression, high

spark plug cables are made with variable pitch
wire coils, with a Kerlar core and Ferrite magnetic

O2 SENSORS
O2 sensors, or Oxygen Sensors, are used in your
240SX to help control the fuel and ignition system,
to allow proper fuel mixture for idle, performance
and fuel mileage. O2 sensors are located
in your exhaust manifold, and monitor the amount
of Oxygen in your exhaust gases, which in turn
indicate the fuel mixture. O2 sensors
send signals to the computer, which then adjusts
timing and fuel delivery. 240SX’s
are very sensitive to proper O2 sensor function,
and without an O2 sensor, these cars will idle
erratically, run excessively rich, and give poor
performance and mileage. O2 sensors DO plug
up, and wear out over time, and we strongly recommend
you change your O2 sensor once a year.
OEM NISSAN ROTORS, CAPS
Old, dried out distributor caps will crack,
and cause leakage, and moisture to affect your
distributor’s performance. If you
haven’t changed your cap and rotor in
a few years, it may be time to replace them
with OEM Nissan quality. (We only recommend
OEM caps and rotors for fit, and performance)
Nissan Magnetic Transmission and Differential Drain Plugs
Changing your diff or transmission oil? Rounded
off the drain plug with the ½”
breaker bar and slipped and skinned your knuckles?
A common situation with overtightened drain
plugs, the square female end becomes rounded
off and removal of the drain plug becomes quite
a chore. Replace it with your oil change today
with a genuine Nissan magnetic drain plug. These
are OEM Nissan plugs with the magnet on the
top that attracts any gear and metal fragments
to keep your oil as clean as possible from metal
fragments.
OEM Nissan Fuel Filters
Changing your plugs ? Doing your yearly tune
up ? Good time to change the fuel filter
also, to ensure your Nissan is running in top
condition. Dirty fuel filters will impeded
fuel flow to your engine, and possibly cause
lean surging on turbocharged or high compression
motors. Don’t take chances on relying
on service station filters to trap dirt and
contaminents. PDM recommends the Nissan
300ZX fuel filter for your 240SX application,
as a direct bolt-in for your performance needs.
OEM Nissan Oil Filters
Oil filtration
is one of the most important issues when it
comes to routine maintenance. No single item
you change during your regular service will
have as drastic of results to your engine's
internals than an oil filter.
Expect nothing but the best for your Nissan.
Why use brand "F" which has poorer
filter density, inferior drainback valving and
will not keep your oil as clean as Nissan had
designed their products to be kept.
PDM recommends the Nissan 240SX oil filter
for your 240SX application, as a direct bolt-in
for your performance needs.

and KA24E/DE motors, with magnetic plug
tip to catch metallic particles which
can circulate inside your engine. One
can clean the metallic particles out from
