NISMO Injectors

Nismo 555cc injectors are direct bolt in replacement injectors for the SR20DET/KA24DE factory fuel rail and harness plugs. We recommend these injectors if you are running any GT series turbo on your SR20DET, or T3/T4 or larger turbo on a KAT running more than 10 psi boost. We’ve found that 370cc SR injectors max out duty cycle around 300 WHP. By switching to larger injectors you can safely deliver more fuel to your motor without risk of leaning out or running too high of duty cycle which overheats and shuts the injector down. Nismo 555 cc injectors are perfect for pump gas applications around 300 WHP, and up to 400 WHP on tuned motors running race gas. Kit includes injector o-rings. ECU will have to be tuned to calibrate for these larger injectors (note if you intend to run more than 400 WHP or large boost numbers, we recommend upgrading to the 740cc Nismo injectors) Nismo 555cc Injectors

Nismo 740cc injectors are direct bolt in replacement injectors for the SR20DET/KA24DE factory fuel rail and harness plugs These large injectors are recommended if you are running much more boost or airflow than stock. For 400+ WHP applications or more. Not necessary if you are running 15 psi or less on your motor. PDM recommends having your ECU professionally tuned along with installation of an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge, upgraded fuel pump and setup and tuning with a wide band O2 sensor system in a controlled environment such as a load cel dyno to properly tune these injectors. Garrett GT28RS Disco Potato Turbocharger

The original SR20DET upgrade turbo. This is still the most popular full ball bearing upgrade turbo that most SR20DET owners will switch to. Decent size upgrade with internal wastegate, this turbo will easily produce 300+ hp on street boosted SR’s. With it’s decent sized A/R the GT28RS will keep lag down, and still allow for very good useable street torque.

This turbocharge is good for mid sized 4 cylinder motors 1.8 litres – 2.7 litres good for 250-320 hp with a corrected air flow of 33 lbs/min

Garrett GT2871R Turbocharger


This is the newest bolt on sports turbo turbocharger from Garrett in their GT28 lineup, called the GT2871R. This turbo is a step up from the very popular Disco Potato utilizing the same turbine section as the GT28RS; however, this turbocharger is utilizing a much more efficient 71mm compressor wheel.

Typical HP output is in the 340+rwhp range (400bhp) between 14-18psi with very good powerband, retains dual center ball bearing cartridge, and much more install friendly than the GT25R. The turbo itself comes with adjustable wastegate actuator good for 17-20psi of boost. Bolts on to stock manifold, turbo elbow and downpipe. The only thing needed is fabbing your own intake pipe to the turbo. While this turbo will make more hp, however like all larger turbos, you will have more lag.

This turbo is available in 2 different A/R. We highly recommend the smaller .64 A/R for street use. While you will make higher peak hp with the .86 A/R boost will take longer to come on (approximately 500-800 rpm slower), and bottom end torque will be sacrificed.

This turbo is a direct bolt on high performance GT series ball bearing turbo for the 2.0 litre SR20DET. Designed for 2.0 litre – 3.0 litre motors with potential for over 400 hp with the larger A/R.

NISMO Type A Fuel Pressure Regulator

Nismo Type A Fuel Pressure Regulator

Nissan fuel pressure regulators are a restrictive type regulator that limits fuel bleed off back to the fuel tank and builds up fuel pressure in the rail. Nismo Type A Adjustable fuel pressure regulators allow you to change the stock fuel pressure to feed more fuel to the injectors. Stock SR 370cc SR20DET injectors can be pushed a bit more by raising the fuel pressure a few psi from the stock 36psi base pressure. Not a cure for larger injectors, however if you want to squeeze a few more pounds of boost out of the stock injectors on a budget, this regulator will allow this. OEM replacement complete with o-rings, this regulator still retains the factory 1:1 boost dependent ratio.

In addition, over time the stock regulator’s diaphragm can gum up and stick creating fuel delivery problems such as hard cold/hot starts and inconstant fuel delivery potentially leading to a lean melt-down condition.
We recommend proper wide band tuning in a controlled environment such as a load cel dyno to properly tune your engine.

Walbro Fuel Pumps

These Walbro high output in-tank electric fuel pumps exhibit flow ratings of 255 liters of fuel per hour (lph). These particular pumps flow significantly more fuel at higher pressure. For instance, at 80 PSI the standard 255 lph pump will flow around 132 liters (35 gallons) per hour. At that same 80 PSI the equivalent HP (high pressure) fuel pump will flow over 210 liters (50 gallons) per hour.

Walbro in-tank electric fuel pumps utilize a proven gerotor design. The outside dimensions, however, are compact enough to fit existing hanger assemblies, without modification.
