Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing kit:
PDM Racing is now pleased to offer the Energy Suspension Nissan 240sx complete bushing kit.
This kit is what you need when changing out your entire suspension bushings and wishing to upgrade
to urethane.
Nissan designed the 240sx as a nimble well-handling car. Over time, your OEM rubber bushings
dry up and get mushy. Why run around on bushings that are 15+ years old and expect your car to
handle well? Many of you have doubled or tripled the horsepower with SR swaps and KA-Turbos, so
if you intend to drift, auto-cross, track or just drive your car hard on the street how can you
expect it to perform well. Now's the time to change them all out. PDM is pleased to offer the
Energy Suspension complete bushing kit for your 240sx.
S13 Kit includes:
- front and rear sway bar end links and D-bar bushings
- front TC Rod and lower control arm bushings
- rear upper and lower inner and outer (hub) control arm bushings
- rear toe link inner and outer bushings
- rear subframe inserts.
S14 Kit includes:
- front and rear sway bar end links, D-bars and D-bar bushings
- front TC Rod and lower control arm bushings
- rear upper and lower inner and outer (hub) control arm bushings
- rear toe link inner and outer bushings.

Rear Control Arm
Bushings
|
| Whiteline polyurethane
bushings in your rear suspension eliminate slop
by reducing the deflection allowed by rubber
bushings. This means your suspension components
are aligned as they were meant to be, reducing
wheel hop on launches and keeping your tail
planted instead of skipping across rough road
surfaces.
Rear Upper Control Arm Bushings:

KCA 349 Rear Nissan Sub-Frame Align and Lock Kit
Again, PDM is pleased
to announce these HOT new Nissan bushings that
we have worked with Whiteline on introducing
to the Nissan market world wide !!!! One of
the last missing links in Whiteline’s
extensive polyurethane bushing assortment for
the Nissan S13, S14, 300ZX and Skyline are these
performance Rear Sub-Frame Align and Lock isolator
bushings. Designed to alter the rear alignment,
these bushings can be installed for drag launches,
drifting, or for overall higher performance
cornering, accelleration and braking.
These bushings can
be installed either on top of the sub-frame,
or below, and alter rear suspension alignment
for your desired driving styles. Unlike cumbersome
main sub-frame bushings, which require the entire
rear end to be removed from the vehicle, and
the OEM rubber bushings burned/cut out (messy
job) these engineering grade low compliance
polyurethance rings allow simple, effortless
installation which drastically reduce the dreaded
rear axle hop commonly found on Japanese rear
wheel drive vehicles. Want to go drifting for
the evening ? Simply install these bushings
in the correct locations, and your alignment
is instantly changed for "dori dori". Pop them
out afterwards, and your alignment is perfect
again for daily street use. Going to the dragstrip
this Friday night ? Same thing. Simply pop the
bushings in the correct locations, and you remove
rear negative camber for maximum tire contact
patch, for maximum accelleration. Want overall
better response and performance for street,
auto-x and track use ? Keep the bushings installed
fulltime and help reduce subframe squirm and
bounce.
These cleverly designed
bushings are THE hottest items this year, and
a great addition to your Nissan vehicle. Will
fit 1989-1994 S13, 1995-1998 S14, R32, R33,
R34 Skyline, and Z32 300ZX.

Circuit Sports
Aluminum Subframe Spacer Inserts

This solid aluminum subframe bushing kit fits
all Nissan 240SX rear subframes. Increased stiffness
over urethane, these precision CNC machined
billet aluminum bushings eliminate subframe
slop. Recommended for off-road or competition
use only, as noise and vibrations from the rear
end will increase. Rear axled hop is common
on Subrame Independent Rear Suspension cars,
and reducing subframe movement will aid in rear
traction. Top spacers have cut outs so subframe
removal is not necessary.

Prothane Rear Subframe Bushing Inserts

Factory rear subframe bushings
are very sloppy. Nissan engineered these to
be like Front Wheel Drive engine mounts, which
are not solid, for ride comfort. Problem is,
every time you try to launch the car, the
rear bushings wind up and let go, wind up
and let go….. making the rear subframe
bounce up and down, causing the rear end to
hop up and down. Combine that with stiffer
suspension, coil overs or stickier rubber
on an aging rear Nissan 240SX, and you have
bad wheel hop off the line.
Prothane now offers these hard polyurethane
subframe inserts that are molded to fit inside
the rear subframe bushings to take up the
excess slack and play in the stock rubber
subframe bushing. These bushings do NOT replace
the subframe bushings (which is a huge job
to take on requiring the entire rear end to
be removed); however, they are a supplement
that take a few minutes to install and help
to firm up the rear subframe bushings so they
do not slop around as much. Combine these
with subframe bushing spacers, and you will
all but eliminate rear suspension hop during
launches.

Front
Lower Control Arm Bushings
Combine these polyurethane
bushings with the t/c rod bushing to eliminate
slop from your front end. Keep contact with
the road by maintaining proper front end geometry
